Three Certification Pathways
Executive AI Boss Training™ Certification
Standard professional certification based upon successful completion of required coursework, assessment, and program standards. Basic employee certifications remain valid for one year and must be renewed annually.
Teaching Authority
Does not authorize participants to teach, reproduce, modify, distribute, sublicense, or create derivative versions of the protected curriculum.
Executive Advanced Instructor-View Certification™
Deeper methodology access for executives who require substantially greater understanding of the curriculum — methodology, teaching rationale, ADAM™, leadership applications, and instructor perspectives.
Teaching Authority
The Advanced Executive may serve as the company’s internal advisor and program expert, but cannot teach or certify anyone.
$25,000 — complete five-module, five-day training.
Authorized Train-the-Trainer Certification™
For corporation-designated participants who are qualified and approved to teach the protected curriculum.
Teaching Authority
The Authorized Train-the-Trainer may teach company employees and administer renewable one-year certifications under an active IHGS™ corporate license. Authorized training may occur on the company’s campus or through the approved online system. Teaching authority exists only when expressly granted.

Access Does Not Equal Teaching Rights
Certification, instructor-level access, or completion of an Executive Instructor-View program does not independently grant teaching, reproduction, modification, sublicensing, distribution, or derivative-work rights. Teaching authority exists only when expressly granted through the Authorized Train-the-Trainer Certification™ pathway and applicable corporate licensing agreement.
No participant or trainer may alter, rebrand, reproduce, sublicense, or create derivative versions of the curriculum. IHGS™ remains the curriculum, licensing, standards, and certification authority.

Executive Advanced Instructor-View Certification™
Some senior executives may require greater knowledge than the standard participant curriculum provides. The Instructor-View pathway allows qualified executives to understand how the curriculum is structured, how managers may interpret its concepts, how leadership should respond to questions, and how the organization can apply the standards more consistently. These executives may become valuable internal leadership resources.
Instructor-level understanding does not equal teaching authorization. Teaching requires separate IHGS™ authorization and an active corporate license.
